Lake Occoquan Club is a private community situated on the Occoquan Reservoir in Prince William County, VA. All of our roads, road shoulders, recreation area and community entrance landscaping are owned and maintained by the membership through the Lake Occoquan Club Homeowners’ Association (LOCHA) Board of Directors. LOCHA membership consists of individual lot owners; and all who reside in our community are welcome to use LOCHA facilities and amenities. Our Homeowners’ Association goals are to provide a safe, financially sound, well-maintained healthful environment with clean air, land and water where common areas and natural beauty can be enjoyed by all in our community.

This website is a service to all our homeowners and members that is designed to inform you of your rights, privileges, and responsibilities. We will use this website to improve communication, situational awareness, readiness, safety, and quality of life for all members. We welcome constructive recommendations to improve this website.
